Free for agents — no card, no per-listing fee

Text one link.
Fill your calendar.

RelAgents turns every rental listing into one branded link you can text. Your prospect opens it, sees the home, picks a time off your real calendar, and finishes an application with documents — without downloading anything, creating an account, or calling you to ask what times work.

The leasing tab problem

Renting one unit should not take nine tools and forty texts.

Rentals are the highest-volume, lowest-margin work an agent does. The commission is small, so the only thing that makes it worth doing is how little of your day it takes.

One listing, today

  • A lead comes in and you send a portal link that also shows them four other agents.
  • Six texts back and forth to land on one showing time.
  • You block it on your calendar by hand — when you remember to.
  • A PDF application comes back half-filled, or as a photo of a photo.
  • Pay stubs and IDs live forever in your text thread and your camera roll.
  • You retype all of it into a spreadsheet to figure out who to move on.

The same listing, on RelAgents

  • One link with your name, photo, and brokerage at the top of it.
  • They pick from times you are actually free. The slot is held the moment they tap.
  • The calendar event, the confirmation email, and the .ics go out on their own.
  • A guided application that saves after every step and can be resumed by email.
  • Documents go straight into private storage you unlock with a signed link.
  • Tours and applications land in one dashboard, sorted by what needs you first.

How it works

Three steps. The prospect never makes an account.

  1. 1

    Add the listing

Address, rent, beds and baths, photos. Set your showing length, your minimum notice, and whether you want to take applications. Stuck on the description? Have it drafted for you.

  2. 2

    Text the one link

Publishing gives you a short branded link and a QR code. Text it to a lead, drop it in a portal reply, or put the code on the yard sign. It opens instantly on a phone.

It all comes back to you

They book against your real availability and apply with documents attached. Tours, applications, and the ones that stalled halfway all land in one dashboard.

Still leads. A text usually finishes them.

What you get

Everything between “is it still available?” and a signed applicant.

A listing page that carries your brand, not a portal's

Your headshot, your brokerage, your brand color, and a tap-to-call button sit at the top of every page you share. Publishing gives you a short link and a QR code for the yard sign — and the link unfurls in Messages as a real listing card with the rent and the photo, not a bare URL.

Descriptions drafted for you

Give it the facts and get a listing description back in seconds. Edit it, or ignore it entirely — it is a starting point, never a send button.

Two people cannot book the same slot

The guard against a double-booking is an exclusion constraint in the database, not a spinner in the browser. If two prospects tap at the same instant, exactly one of them gets the time.

Tours booked against the calendar you actually use

Connect Google Calendar and your busy blocks disappear from what prospects can pick. Set showing length, buffers, minimum notice, and your listing's timezone once. When someone books, the event lands on your calendar and confirmation emails with an .ics go to both of you — and they can cancel or reschedule themselves from the same link, so nobody plays phone tag.

Applications that get finished

A guided six-step application that saves after every step. Someone who quits at the employment screen can pick it back up from an emailed link — and until they do, they still show up in your dashboard as the lead they are.

Pay stubs and IDs handled like documents, not texts

Uploads go into private storage with no public URL. You open them from your review screen through a short-lived signed link. Nothing an applicant sends you ends up in a group thread or your camera roll.

RelAgents is built for residential rentals. It does not do buyer or seller transactions, and it does not run credit or background checks — screening stays your call, with your provider.

The catch

It is free for agents. Here is honestly why.

Rental work is the part of the business nobody builds good tools for, because the commissions are too small to sell expensive software against. So we are not selling it to you. We would rather agents use this and tell us what breaks.

Not a trial

No card to start, no countdown, no listing cap, and nothing that switches off in fourteen days. Free means the thing you set up today still works next season.

Your leads stay yours

RelAgents is not a portal. We do not sell your prospects, route them to another agent, or email them anything you did not send. Every page they see has your name on it, not ours.

Where the money comes later

Paid add-ons for brokerages and teams, and integrated tenant screening once it can be done properly. Everything described on this page stays free for an individual agent.

Questions

The ones agents actually ask.

Still stuck on something? Start an account and poke at it — there is nothing to cancel.

Do my prospects have to download or sign up for anything?

No — and that is the point. They tap your link, see the home, book a tour, and complete an application without ever creating an account or a password. Their confirmation email carries the link back to their booking if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Does it work with the calendar I already use?

Google Calendar. Connect it once and your busy blocks are removed from the times prospects can pick, and every booking creates a real event on your calendar. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are not supported yet.

Does RelAgents screen tenants for me?

No. You collect the application and the documents in one place, and you mark where each applicant stands — but there is no credit, criminal, or eviction report behind it. Real screening means a consumer reporting agency, applicant consent, and a compliant adverse action notice, and we will not fake that. Keep using your screening provider.

Can I use it for buyers and sellers too?

No. This is a residential rental leasing product. Offers, closings, and sales-side transactions are a different job and we have not built them.

Who can see my applicants and their documents?

You. Pay stubs and IDs go into private storage with no public URL, and you open them from your review screen through a short-lived signed link. Your listings, showings, and applications are scoped to your account at the database level, so another agent on RelAgents cannot query them.

Does it text prospects for me?

Not yet. You send the link yourself, which is usually what you were going to do anyway. Confirmations and updates go out by email today; SMS is next.

What happens to a listing when it is rented?

Flip it off and the public page returns a 404 — nobody can confirm the address is still on the market, and old texts stop leading anywhere. Your showings and applications for it stay in your dashboard.

How long until my first listing is live?

Minutes. Sign in with Google or a magic link, fill in your name and brokerage, connect your calendar, add the listing, and hit publish. The link works the moment you do.

Your next listing could take one text.
